- All sales are final policy: Once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund. This policy applies to all .products, classes, and services.
- Reschedule Policy: Once you book a CPR class, if for any reason, you are unable to attend the training, you must give us a 2 hour notice before scheduled time to reschedule. In addition, reschedule date must be within 7 days. Otherwise you forfeit your training session. Please be sure to specify the location of training; our place or yours?
- Travel /Convenience Fee: A $20 convenience fee will be added in addition to CPR training fee at time of booking. So, please be sure to add to cart during checkout.
- Note: We only travel a distance of 50 miles from our training office. And, its a good idea not to book a class too far in advance, (E.g. 2 weeks).
